If you choose to book online, the Vagaro platform will ask for your credit card information but don’t worry, you won’t be charged, it’s only to hold your appointment.

We ask that you please reschedule or cancel at least 6 hours before the beginning of your appointment or you may be charged a cancellation fee of $30.

Your appointments and well-being are very important to us. We understand that sometimes, unexpected delays can occur, making schedule adjustments. If you are more than 15 minutes late for your service, we may not be able to accommodate you. In this case, the same cancellation fee will apply.

We will do our best to reschedule your service for another time that is convenient to you.

Unfortunately, Waxing will never be a pain-free experience, but we have a few tips for those who may be a bit more sensitive.

Before your waxing session, drink tons of water, exfoliate the area very well, keep the area moisturized and take a warm shower.

The results can last 3 to 6 weeks depending on the individual's hair re-growth rate. After a few waxing sessions your hair will become thinner, making last longer results.

We use different types of wax for different services.

Most waxing services require the use of hard wax, with wax made from honey and propolis imported from Brazil. For some services provided, we use high-quality strip wax.

To have a successful waxing session, we recommend having hairs at least 1⁄4 inch long, or around the size of a grain of rice.
